Sleep Coaching Package

The Sleep Coaching Package is the best way to establish a sleeping routine and pattern for your baby and family.  My approach is to encourage baby to learn what “normal" people do…awake in day, eat, play, socialize, even poop. While night is for extended rest and rejuvenation. I do this by teaching baby a new pattern and soothe themselves, often with noise, a pacifier, or simply enough food and stimulation during the day to change the routine of wakeful times during the night. I will always follow parents’ cues/requests to extinguish crying.

The Sleep Coaching Package Includes:

  1. One Home Visit (up to four hours) to assess the situation, and develop an individualized routine for day and evening feeding and sleep patterns for all caregivers to follow

  2. One Overnight Visit (10PM-6AM) so the family can get extra rest, and Laurie Ann can implement the new routine with the baby. If the mother is breastfeeding, Laurie Ann can feed the baby a pumped bottle or bring the baby to mom during feeding times.

  3. One 8 hour visit (4PM-12AM-midnight) to support the new family as they implement the new routine. Laurie Ann will be there to guide you through the bedtime routine so that you feel confident enough to keep going without her!

  4. Unlimited virtual support through the duration of services.

  5. Payment is due at time of agreement.
